OCLC invites on Sunday, June 1 at Montego Bay / OCLC invita el domingo, 1ro de junio en Montego Bay

Dear valuable regional partner

As a representative from an organization which can benefit from learning about the exciting projects and initiatives driven by OCLC and taking place in the Caribbean region, we would like to invite you to the II OCLC Caribbean Users Meeting at the ACURIL XXXVIII Conference in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Please join us from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at the Rose Hall Resort and Country Club.

Our program will feature participations by:
* Mrs. Karen Calhoun, Vice President, WorldCat and Metadata Services, who will discuss new developments and future initiatives for OCLC's worldwide strategy.
* Mr. Tim Rapp, Director, Latin America and the Caribbean, who will discuss the new and exciting OCLC partnerships in Mexico, Central and South America and the strategies for 2009.

On Monday, June 2nd, Ms. Calhoun will be presenting her paper titled "Lists, Catalogues and Portals: Models and Tools for eResources Access", scheduled to start at 11:00 AM in the Ballroom, to which you are also invited.
